Solaris linux os iso5/9/2023 ![]() ![]() In Tools>Options>Data, I have the following settings:įile System: ISO +Joliet (106 character file names) The command I used was "Copy>Burn Images". ![]() It burns the boot area onto the non-boot part of the CD, then quits because it doesn't know what to do with the rest of the data. ![]() What I think happens is that the iso has two parts, the boot area and the regular data. Most recently, I've tried with a solaris 9 iso image and the hardware and software shown below, and a CD-R CD. I've been trying on and off for a really long time to burn bootable Solaris and Linux CDs from iso images, never with any success. ![]()
